FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What styles of dance does Fun 'n' Dance offer?
We offer classes in ballet, jazz, tap, hip-hop, acrobatics, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical and Ukrainian in a variety of levels for all ages. Please contact us to find out the class level we would recommend for your child.
What qualifications do Fun 'n' Dance teachers have?
All our instructors are fully trained to teach dance and have invested in ongoing professional development training to ensure your child receives the safest and best possible dance instruction. Our teachers are also required to complete a police check every 3 years.
Does Fun 'n' Dance offer classes for adults?
Yes! We offer Adult Ballet classes which are a great way to stay fit and
strengthen muscles as well as being fun! Please refer to our schedule for
more information.
What is the dance attire required at Fun 'n' Dance?
For a detailed list of dance attire for each style and level, please refer to our
‘attire list’ located on our registration page.
At Fun 'n' Dance we strive to make attire and supplies financially accessible to all. Each year we hold a second-hand sale at the studio, this allows gently
used shoes and clothing to be bought and sold. Recital costs are also
carefully monitored to ensure the costume cost is not excessive and
costumes are re-used where possible.
What is the cancellation policy at Fun 'n' Dance?
We require one month’s written notice (email is acceptable) to withdraw your
child from class.
