REGISTRATION INFORMATION
How to Register for Classes
If you would like to register your child for a dance class, please complete the 3 registration forms located within the Registration Package:

Registration Form (1 per student)

Medical & Waiver of Liability form (1 per student)

Email Consent form (1 per family)

The 3 completed registration forms can be emailed back to office@funndance.com (photos or scans of the completed forms are accepted).
To secure your child's spot in a class, we also require payment of a registration fee at the time of registration, this fee can be e-transferred to office@funndance.com The registration fee is $40 per student and $60 per family registering.

Studio Rules and Polices
We appreciate you taking the time to read through the following rules with your child, particularly the policies regarding cell phones/electronic devices. These are important and enable us to make Fun ‘n’ Dance a safe and enjoyable place to learn for everyone. Thank you for your co-operation!
